In a recent interview with John Zemko, CIPE's Director of Communications, Dr. Jesus Estanislao discussed how weak corporate governance structures have undermined East Asian economies. Dr. Estanislao is President and CEO of the Institute of Corporate Directors in the Philippines, and was Finance Minister during the administration of former President Coraz—n Aquino.
