CIPE welcomed the new year with some exciting accomplishments. In the most recent issue of the Overseas Report, USAID Administrator Henrietta H. Fore and Assistant Administrator for Europe and Eurasia Douglas Menarchik visited CIPE's office in Bucharest, Romania to acknowledge its phenomenal success over the past 15 years. Community leaders in northern Iraq released the Kurdistan Business Agenda, to serve as a model for economic and democratic reform throughout Iraq. New CIPE Board Member Karen Kerrigan writes about her experience inspiring businesswomen and working small business.
