Governance Initiative
The Corporate Governance Initiative for Bulgaria (CGI) is
a coalition of Bulgarian non-governmental organizations established
in 1999. The main objective of the CGI is to facilitate the
adoption of relevant corporate governance standards and procedures
that would ensure accountability and transparency in business
operations in Bulgaria and Central and Eastern Europe.
BULGARIA - Center for Economic
Development
The CED recognizes that good corporate governance practices
cannot simply be legislated, thus, encourages the private
and public sector to jointly work to improve corporate governance
and promote enforcement of, and compliance with, legislation.
The CED has been working with the international, Bulgarian
and other private sector organizations throughout SEE and
CEE to improve corporate governance practices and principles.

Center for Entrepreneurial Studies

developed by the Romanian Strategic Alliance of Business Associations

Polish Corporate Governance Forum
This website is the information platform for the Polish Corporate
Governance Forum (PCGF) set up in April 2001 as an independent,
pro publico bono, bottom up initiative of the Gdansk Institute
for Market Economics. It provides up-to-date information on

in corporate governance in Poland and other Central and Eastern

RUSSIA - Corporate
Governance in Russia
A joint project of the Center for International Private Enterprise
(CIPE) and the Investor Protection Association (IPA), implemented
within the framework of the OECD/World Bank - Russian Corporate
Governance Roundtable Series. Here you can find information
